You do not need a formal reason to write. Here are a few of the topics that come up most. Setup and first steps: we can guide you through creating your workspace, inviting your team, and organizing channels and boards. Product questions: we can talk through how channels and threaded replies, documents, task boards, calls, the AI assistant and automations would fit your team. Partnership: if you have ideas around reselling, working together or building something jointly, we would love to hear them. How fast we reply

Let us be honest: we are a small team right now, so we do not promise a guaranteed one-hour reply. We read messages regularly on business days and usually get back to you within one or two business days. During busy periods it can take a little longer, but no message goes unanswered. If something is urgent, saying so in your message helps us prioritize it. We try to give a concrete, useful answer in our first reply whenever we can, without bouncing you around. If you are reporting a snag, describing it clearly both shortens the wait and helps us fix it faster.

Void Business is built in Turkey, in Istanbul; the servers that store your data are in Europe, and we work with a KVKK-aware approach. If you want the quick route, filling in these three fields is enough. Name: so we know how to address you. Email: a valid address so we can send our reply. Message: tell us what you are writing about, and add a few details where you can. If you are reporting a snag, describing the steps you took and what you expected makes our job much easier. When you submit the form you will see a short confirmation; if something goes wrong, you can write to our email directly. We use your details only to get back to you.
