Account protection with two-step sign-in
The most practical way to protect your account is to add a second step at sign-in. Void Business supports two-step sign-in: in addition to your password, a verification step that only you have comes into play. So even if your password is exposed, access to your account is blocked. One account gets you into one workspace; not complicated, just clear. If you forget your password you can reset it, keeping your account's security in your own hands.

Your connections are encrypted
Everything that flows between your device and Void Business, from messages and files to video calls and screen sharing, travels over encrypted connections. That means others on the same network cannot read your traffic while you work. We keep calls at low latency without giving up connection security. Security is the product's default behavior, not a setting you switch on, so there is nothing extra for you to do.

Roles and access control
Not everyone needs to see everything. In Void Business you can make channels public or private, and define roles and permissions for the people in your workspace. Private channels are open only to those invited, so sensitive topics stay with the right people. Managing access with roles makes it easier to keep order as the team grows, and ensures newcomers reach only what they need. Sharing in documents and task boards works with the same clear logic.
