Void Business is a team workspace built in Turkey. Instead of juggling many separate tools, it brings chat channels, documents, task boards, voice and video calls, an AI assistant and automations into one account and one workspace. It is designed for Turkish teams, from small teams to growing companies, who want to cut the clutter and get their focus back. Security is considered from the start. Our servers are hosted in Europe, connections are encrypted, and we treat data with a KVKK-aware approach. You can use two-step sign-in to protect your account, and you can delete your account and data whenever you choose. What is Void Business?

Void Business is a team workspace built in Turkey. It combines chat channels, documents, task boards, voice and video calls, an AI assistant and automations into one account and one workspace. Instead of a scattered pile of tools, you get one calm, organized place for your team to work.

Who is Void Business for?

It is designed for Turkish teams and companies, from small teams to growing companies, who want to bring their work together in one organized place. It suits teams that would rather run communication, documents, task tracking and calls in one place than split them across separate tools.

What is the difference between Void Business and Void?

Void is a voice chat app for communities and groups of friends. Void Business is a workspace for teams and companies; alongside channels and calls it includes work-focused parts like documents, task boards, an AI assistant and automations. Both are built on the same foundation but are designed for different needs.

What features are included?

There are six main parts: channels with threaded replies, a block-based collaborative document editor, flexible task boards (board, list and calendar views), voice and video calls with screen sharing including system audio, an AI assistant that works in Turkish, and automations. You also get search across messages, documents and tasks, an activity feed, and roles and permissions.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is hosted on servers in Europe, and we follow a KVKK-aware approach to data. Connections are encrypted, so the communication between you and your workspace is protected. Our aim is to keep where your data sits and how it is protected clear.

Is there two-step sign-in?

Yes. You can enable two-step sign-in to add an extra layer of protection to your account. That way, even if your password ends up in someone else's hands, unauthorized access to your workspace becomes much harder.

Can I delete my account and my data?

Yes. You can delete your account and your data. It matters to us that your way out always stays open; you should never feel locked in.

How do I control who can access what?

With roles and permissions you decide who can reach which area and action. You can keep sensitive topics in private channels visible only to invited people, and run open discussions in public channels.

How do I invite my team?

After you create your workspace, you can invite your teammates and give them the right roles and channel access. New members can join channels and start talking quickly through direct messages and group messages.

Can I set up notifications and do-not-disturb?

Yes. You can set your notification preferences and turn on do-not-disturb when you want to focus. To reduce distraction without missing what matters, there are also tools like reminders and scheduled send.

What does the AI assistant do?

The AI assistant produces summaries of channels and replies and lets you ask your workspace questions. It works in Turkish and has a monthly fair-use limit. It helps you catch up on long conversations quickly, without reading everything.

What are automations for?

Automations handle repetitive work for you. You can set up scheduled or form-triggered workflows; these can post a message, send a direct message, or call an external service. You can also see the run history for each one.

How do task boards work?

On task boards you track work with custom columns, assignees, labels, priority, due dates and subtasks. You can leave comments on tasks, work in board, list and calendar views, and gather work from all your boards in a single my tasks view. Due-date reminders help you not miss anything.
