One workspace,six parts
Void Business lets teams work without getting lost between scattered tools. Chat, documents, tasks, calls, an AI assistant and automation come together in one place, with one account.
Everything in one workspace
Most teams bounce between several separate apps all day. Void Business turns that around: one account, one workspace and six parts that work together. Conversations live in channels, decisions in documents, work on boards, and voice and video meetings in calls. The AI assistant gathers what gets lost in between, and automations handle the repetitive work for you. Because everything sits in one place, context stays intact, search works from a single point, and the team spends its attention on the work, not on switching tools.
- One account, one workspace, six parts
- Search across messages, documents and tasks from one place
- An activity feed that gathers all updates
- Notifications from external services in the same place
- Tidy access with roles and permissions
Conversations stay organized, replies stay in place
Channels keep the team's chat organized by topic. Public channels make sharing transparent, private channels keep sensitive matters limited, and direct and group messages make room for quick one-on-one talk. With threaded replies you discuss under a topic without scattering the main flow. You reach the right person with mentions, add clarity with text formatting, share files, write a draft to send later, schedule a message for a future time, and set reminders for yourself. Search with filters makes the past easy to reach, and notification preferences plus do-not-disturb keep your attention under your control.
- Public and private channels, direct and group messages
- Threaded replies, mentions and text formatting
- File sharing, drafts and scheduled send
- Reminders and search with filters
- Notification preferences and do-not-disturb
Write together, keep the history
Documents are where the team's knowledge lives for the long term. With a block-based, collaborative editor you work on the same document together, moving text in blocks and building tidy structure with headings and lists. Version history keeps every change, so you can restore an earlier state when you need to and nothing accidentally deleted or altered is ever lost. With inline comments you discuss and give feedback without leaving the document. Ready-made templates let you create meeting notes, project briefs or policies without starting from scratch. Conversation stays in channels, and decisions stay for good in documents.
- Block-based, collaborative editor
- Version history and restore to an earlier version
- Inline comments within the document
- A fast start with ready-made templates
- Knowledge kept lasting and searchable
Work stays visible, ownership stays clear
Task boards make what the team needs to do visible at a glance. You create your own columns and shape the flow to fit your work. You assign each task to a person, add labels, priority and a due date, and break big work into small steps with subtasks and checklists. Comments keep context on the same card. You view the same work as a board, a list or a calendar and use whichever suits you. With a cross-board my tasks view you see all your responsibilities from scattered boards in one list, and due-date reminders make sure no work slips through.
- A flexible flow with custom columns
- Assignees, labels, priority and due dates
- Subtasks, checklists and comments
- Board, list and calendar views
- A cross-board my tasks view and due-date reminders
When typing is not enough, talk
Some things get solved by talking, not by typing. Calls let you start voice and video meetings without leaving the workspace. You turn on the camera and talk face to face, or align quickly with voice alone. With screen sharing you show a document, a design or your screen along with system audio, so you show what you are trying to explain directly. Low latency keeps the conversation smooth and words do not get cut off. When meetings happen in the same place where you chat, write documents and track tasks, moving from one topic to the next happens without switching tools.
- Voice and video calls
- Face-to-face talk with camera
- Screen sharing with system audio
- Low latency for smooth conversation
- Start a meeting without leaving the workspace
An assistant that catches you up
Instead of reading hundreds of messages one by one at the end of a busy day, the AI assistant catches you up fast. You ask for a summary of a channel or a long reply thread and see what was discussed and decided in a few sentences. You ask your workspace a question and get the answer directly, rather than digging through scattered conversations and documents. The assistant works in Turkish, so you write your question in Turkish and get a Turkish answer. There is a monthly fair-use limit, which keeps the assistant sustainable and predictable for everyone.
- Summaries of channels and reply threads
- Ask-your-workspace questions
- An assistant that works in Turkish
- Fast catch-up, less reading
- A monthly limit for fair use
Flows that take over repetitive work
Writing the same reminder every week, or repeating the same steps whenever a form comes in, takes time. Automations take that over. Scheduled flows run on their own according to a set calendar, while form-triggered flows fire when someone fills out a form. A flow can post a message to a channel, send a direct message to a person, or call an external service. With run history you see when and how each flow ran, and trace the reason when something goes wrong. Routine work flows in the background, and the team stays focused on the real work.
- Scheduled and form-triggered flows
- An action that posts a message to a channel
- An action that sends a direct message to a person
- An action that calls an external service
- Traceability with run history
Not separate parts, but one whole
The strength of Void Business comes less from each part being good on its own and more from the parts working together. A task comes out of a conversation in a channel, the task links to a document, the document is shown in a call, and the AI assistant drops the call's summary back into the channel. You search across messages, documents and tasks from one place, and the activity feed brings all updates together. Notifications from external services collect in the same place too. Roles and permissions keep who can access what tidy. What is left is a single flow: working without breaking context and without switching tools.
- Search across messages, documents and tasks from one place
- An activity feed that gathers all updates
- External service notifications in the same place
- Tidy access with roles and permissions
- A single flow without breaking context
